NS-3361H – Supercritical Foaming Nucleating Agent

This foaming nucleating agent is composed of carrier resin, foam stabilizer, nucleating agent, antioxidant, dispersant, etc. It can effectively reduce the free energy barrier of nucleation, form a large number of evenly distributed nucleation points, and give the foamed products fine and even pores. The nucleation efficiency is very high, and the addition amount is only about 10% of the traditional nucleating agent. It is suitable for single-stage and double-stage LDPE physical (carbon dioxide) foaming production lines.
